Rhodogune of Parthia was a warrior princess who ruled Parthia between 138 and 127 BC. It is said that she was told of a rebellion while preparing for a bath, and vowed not to bathe or brush her hair until the revolt was put down. Then she marched into battle in the front lines. Truly admirable!
